After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your ParcelForce tracking number.
You can use that tracking number to follow your order's journey straight to your door.


How to Track Your Order:

  1. Find your tracking number

    • Check your shipping confirmation email — your tracking number and link will be included.

  2. Track your parcel

    • Click the link in your email, or

    • Visit the ParcelForce website and enter your tracking number here:

  3. Stay Updated

    • You'll see real-time updates, including dispatch, transit, and expected delivery dates.


Haven’t received a tracking number yet?

  • Your order might still be in processing.

  • Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after being placed.

  • If you haven't received a tracking email after 5 business days, please contact us.

Important Note About Deliveries:

  • ParcelForce deliveries require a signature upon arrival unless you have arranged an alternative directly with them.

  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, ParcelForce will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
