1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Please note: We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, altered, or used.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address and any required forms.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- UK Returns: We provide free return shipping for UK customers who are returning a faulty or damaged item.
- International Returns: Customers outside the UK are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns to ensure the package is safely returned to us.
Please note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. We suggest using a tracked or insured shipping method when returning your item(s).
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved:
- Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to check availability. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To speed up the process, please provide:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item(s)
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange for the return or replacement of your item(s) as quickly as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
- Custom or personalised products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
